A new type of environment-friendly automotive air conditioning compressor with independent intellectual property rights in China, the rotary vane automotive air conditioning compressor, was successfully trial produced in Zhejiang Zhongbao Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. and put into the market.
This type of compressor was successfully developed by Zhejiang Zhongbao Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. in cooperation with the Institute of Fluid Machinery and Compressor, which broke the monopoly of Japanese and American technology and filled the current domestic technology gap. It has passed various tests and verifications, and has been widely welcomed by the main engine manufacturers since entering the market for more than one year.
Compared with the current mainstream swash plate and piston compressors in the market, the rotary vane automotive air conditioning compressor has huge technical advantages in the following aspects:
1. The volume efficiency is relatively high. Since the compressor is not equipped with an air suction valve plate and has no air suction loss, its volume efficiency can reach about 85%; However, the volumetric efficiency of general piston and swashplate compressors is only about 65%.
2. Rotary vane compressor belongs to rotary type, which is suitable for high-speed operation and meets the requirements of faster and faster cars today. Good lubrication further reduces the noise of the compressor during operation, improves the mechanical performance, reduces power consumption, and improves the dynamic performance of the car;
4. This type of compressor is equipped with an overheat protector and a pressure relief valve, which can effectively protect the compressor and the air conditioning system by disconnecting the power supply or opening the pressure valve in case of abnormal high temperature and high exhaust pressure in the air conditioning system.
5. This type of compressor has simple and compact structure, few parts, light weight, which meets the requirements of small and lightweight auto parts, few vulnerable parts and convenient maintenance; Piston and swash plate compressors have complex structures, many parts, huge volume and many vulnerable parts, which make maintenance extremely inconvenient and do not meet the needs of technology and market development.
6. In order to adapt to the current environmental protection requirements, R134a (HFC-134a), which is currently recognized as a reasonable alternative refrigerant, is directly selected as the refrigerant for this type of compressor, and it is also more suitable to use this refrigerant in structure than piston and swash plate compressors.
